Welcome Lily Garza!
Lily joined Dr. Martin-Harris and the Swallowing Cross-Systems Collaborative Lab at Northwestern University as a Study Coordinator for the recently awarded R01 grant investigating a novel treatment for swallowing impairment due to head and neck cancer.
Lily received her Master’s in Clinical Research and Regulatory Administration from Northwestern University in 2012. Lily has most recently worked at Abbott Laboratory as an Associate Research Data Coordinator. In this role, she identified and created quality plans and filled the responsibilities of the data management role during clinical studies in the areas of neuroscience and immunology. Prior to her role at Abbott, Lily worked as a Research Technician in molecular biology and endocrinology in the Curt Horvath Laboratory at Northwestern University and Children’s Memorial Hospital.
